Other NoteWilliam Skynner matriculated at Brasenose College, Oxford, at the age of sixteen on 8 December 1609. He graduated B.A. on 21 October 1612. He was made a Doctor of Civil Laws on 31 March 1625 (All Souls College, Oxford). He became a canon of Hereford in 1631 and was also chancellor of the diocese. Skynner died in 1647.
