Other NoteSon of Lyonell Lamb, the vicar of St Martinjuxta-Stamford. He was admitted to St John's Cambridge on 2 December 1647, aged 16. He gained his BA in 1651 and MA in 1655. He was likely a rector in the navy in 1658. He became rector of Healing in 1669. His son John Lamb would become rector of Wheathampstead, Hertfordshire.
