Other NoteOrdained June 1655 to Rutherglen. Imprisoned October 1660 for preaching against the government but allowed to return to his charge in 1661. Joined field preachers and decrees was passed against him 1670. Retired to London but returned and preached conventicles, being imprisoned again in 1686. After officiating at Kelso he was restored to Rutherglen in 1690 and died 12 Jan 1700, aged about 71.
