Other NoteThis MS may be connected to MS Gen 408 (GEMMS-MANUSCRIPT-001768), the author of both is unknown but they appear to be in a similar hand and take a similar layout and approach. The two MS together provide insight into the Communion festivals in Glasgow and the surrounding areas c.1696-1702 and 1712-1720, and the role of visiting preachers from other parishes.
