Other NoteBorn in 1648/9 to Thomas Spademen, clerk of Althorpe, Lincolnshire. Admitted as sizar to Magdalene College, Cambridge in 1665. BA 1668; MA, ca. 1674. Vicar of Swaton, Lincolnshire in 1673; Rector of Llandynam, Montgomeryshire in 1674 before resigning his livings and becoming pastor of the English Church in Rotterdam. Afterwards, he returned to England and was presbyterian co-pastor at Silver Street, London and assistant tutor at Hoxton Square, London, ca. 1701-1704. Died 4 September 1708.
