Other NoteBorn c. 1604. B.A. (1625/6), M.A. (1629) from Magdalene College, Cambridge. Rector of Clipsham, Rutland, 1628/9-1651. Vicar of Sheffield, Yorkshire from 1646 until ejected in 1662. Thereafter he preached at Upper Chapel, Sheffield, and by 1665 he was living (and preaching?) in Laughton-en-le-Morthen, Yorkshire, where he died. Precise date of death unknown, but he was buried on 29 January 1666/7.
