DescriptionA sermon on 1 Samuel 7:3 by Mr James Clark. Preached 'in the n. church 2 Sabbath before the co[mmun]ion ... fornoon', 19 July 1702. The n appears to be shorthand for 'new' based on the next sermons. MS 408 (very likely the same author) suggests that the 'new church' refers to the Outer High Kirk. There are some annotations in the author's own hand.
