DescriptionWritten in a small, cursive hand. The full title of this sermon is as follows: 'The copy of a Sermon preached at the funerals of Sir Thomas Sadleir, knight, at Standon in Hertfordshire vpon Shrove tuesday, being the xviith of february. 1606.' The note 'By Robart tounson' has been written underneath this title in a different hand, possibly Anne Sadleir's. There are summaries in the margins. The application is relatively short and can found within the final paragraph of f. 23.
