DescriptionCopy of original manuscript in unknown hand. Sermon preached at the funeral of Mr. Tewer, minister of St. Laurence Church in Reading. He read morning service and preached in the parish church on Michaelmas day 1671, read prayers in the afternoon, and died two hours later of an apoplexy. Preached by William Lloyd, D.D. Minister of St. Mary’s Reading and afterwards Bishop of St. Asaph.
