Other NoteNo Bible text is specified. The preacher is identified only as "Mr. Dike." This could be Jeremiah Dyke (1611-c. 1709) who, like Boothby and like many of the preachers mentioned in this volume, was a Presbyterian. Precise date unknown, but it is presumably in 1638 or later, since this was the about when Dyke's preaching career began. Location unknown.
